His instruction is what we speakers need to hear so we can go to the next level in weekly communication. I highly recommend this book. This book has been really influential in helping us to take a look at our church from a different angle. I spent a whole day with my core team going through the book and unpackaging the 7 dynamic principles Andy speaks about. A geat book for growing leaders. I highly recommend it.
